Why is coaching so important to her? As a parent and first-gen Latina, Bedilia learned to trust her instincts when making big personal and professional choices. Now, she’s passionate about helping others trust themselves and pursue their goals with confidence.
 

Her journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, which led to roles in nonprofits and local government supporting youth and families. Several years later, while working full-time and raising her son, she pursued and completed a Master’s in Communication Studies.​​
